OUR TEAM

We are a young dynamic team with many years' experience in communication & interview skills and CV writing, coaching both at personal and corporate levels. Our team contains a mix of communication experts, business professionals and human resources professionals, all of whom have an in-depth and hands-on knowledge of interviews both from the interviewer's perspective and the interviewee's perspective, across all main sectors. This enables us to provide a quality service suited to all your requirements.

OUR MAIN TRAINERS

Olivier Picard

Olivier started his career working for a range of multinationals in business, finance and human resources both in major consultancies but also large FTSE100 corporations such as Unilever. In 2004, he left the City to concentrate full time on communication and interview skills coaching both at individual and corporate level and has since coached thousands of people for interview skills with a high success rate.

He is renowned for his no-nonsense approach, coupled with an enthusiastic and dynamic style of teaching. His feedback indicates that he has a strong ability to encourage participation and get the best out of his clients by helping them reach the best conclusion. His friendly and direct approach is often commented upon as helping all candidates gain a high level of confidence.

Olivier is a frequent and popular speaker at external events such as recruitment fairs. He is the author of several respected guides and has also written multiple articles on interview skills throughout the years.

Julia Sinclair

Julia has 10 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR & Training with a strong bias towards interview coaching and training. She has worked with a wide range of clients as an interview coach, equipping individuals with the interview skills and techniques they needed to excel at interviews. She has also designed and delivered courses specifically tailored for hiring managers and HR staff within the private and not-for-profit sectors, including organisations such as Network Rail, South West trains, BT, HSBC and Barclays. Julia is passionate about developing and supporting clients to achieve their full potential and gain their desired job. Her style is informal, yet engaging, so that her clients can relax and feel comfortable, but still stay focused on learning skills and techniques that can be used for an immediate impact. She is a qualified trainer, Stress Management practitioner, counsellor and teacher of adult education courses."
